Traveled from Williams, Arizona to Munds RV Park and Resort about 50 miles. We wanted to visit the Sedona Valley region. We got this great tip from our neighbor in the Williams RV park. This is a good place to stay when seeing Sedona since the Valley is hot at 90-100's, while the Munds Park is a higher elevation and cool in the 70-80's. We also got to miss the treacherous drive down 89 to Sedona with our 40 ft. 5th Wheel. (Not too pricey and one to remember if you RV in Arizona. Reservations are a good idea here, since I was only able to get 3 nights). Nice gravel park with all the amenities. Pool, hot tub, exercise room, store and wonderful dog run. The kids will be living in Tucson, Arizona so we will most likely come back here.
